352nd Fighter group
Reunion 2000

The final 352nd FG reunion was held in Richmond, VA. on September 21-25. The Virginia Air National Guard hosted an elaborate luncheon fit for the President. The group arrived to a rousing applause and walked down red carpet to their tables. A P-51 in the group's markings and an F-16 flanked the stage inside the hanger. Among the veterans and their families was base personel and about 300+ civilians. Documenting the entire event was film c rew from Split-S, a Florida based company. Local and national media coverage was evident and several members gave interviews.
We attended the reunion Saturday, 23 just in time for the luncheon and ceremonies. We brought with us 10 panels for the group to sign. A panel was presented to Col. Hicks to commemorate this day and made it to the Official group photo(above).
